No, The PK3 Smartwatch is NOT waterproof, but is water resistent. The PK3 Smartwatch can withstand splashing water, rain, and can be submerged under water for 3-5 minutes at a time.




How to request a Refund?


To request a refund please call +1(888)765-3302 It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with PinPoint Technologies Inc. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for you to recieve your refund.




Does the PK3 device come with a warranty?


Yes, the PinPoint devices come with a (1) year warranty. PinPoint Technologies Inc. warranty cover the device Software and Circuitry Hardware. PinPoint Technologies Inc. reserve the right to deny ALL warranties, if the GPS device is found to be damaged by the customer negligence.
